Reasonably clean hotel and great restaurant. Cheap rooms and big beds. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Favourable, stunning location in the very very nice area. For tea or coffee visit Slipstream nearby.

Everything was good, had an AWESOME stay during our 3 week road trip. Polite staff and the location was magnificent. Embassy Row district was worth visiting.

Recently refurbished, brand-new property. Polite, courteous people working here. Had queen room with nightstand, shower, as for instance. Great and unbeatable location close to a bus station, easy to get around. Great experience there.

Waffles for breakfast.
Front desk lady was on the phone while doing our check-in procedure which I find utmost impolite. We choose the hotel from the internet because it said there "recelntly renovated" - well, our room does not look like this. Windows, bathtub, bed and other things were almost falling apart. It was ugly to touch them. We felt cheated by the description in the internet.

This place suits me perfectly! It has free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped me return my forgotten jewellery on my first stay, which I appreciated. I recommend it for a comfortable experience. I'll be back for my business trip!

Pablo on the reception desk was very helpful in relocating me to the first floor as my wife was unable to climb to our fourth floor room.
Elevator was not functional. Maid service was uneven, and some days the maid failed to replace shampoo and hand soap. Only two hangers were provided for our clothes.

Location. Rate.
Locked in my room; seriously could not get out. Front desk sent facilities people and they ended up literally breaking glass in outside window to enter room (don't know what they would have done if I hadn't been on 1st floor?) and took the door off the frame. I was late for my business appointment. No offer to discount staff or upgrade of room. Will not stay there again.

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The location was ideal, situated near many options for dining and grocery shopping.
The noise levels were somewhat disruptive .

It was a few blocks from the Mall and I could walk to the main tourist attractions.
It is seriously in need of updating. The lift was 'out of order', the bed head was not attached to the bed, there was a large gap between the bathtub and the wall, the basin was cracked, the floor tiles were badly laid and some were cracked.

I had a cozy stay with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom space. I also appreciated the cleanliness, and I must admit, a sweet Ethiopian girl named Haron was helpful during my stay!

The hotel is a good value and very centrally located.
A group of kids had a room down the hall and were very noisy. I didn't get the impression that the hotel staff address the situation.
